This week while (attempting!) to cut out sugar, I gave this recipe from Joyous Health a crack (my new favourite go to!) I was keen to try this recipe as it seemed like a great yogurt substitute for Olive. It is a bit thick and not as creamy as yogurt, but I found that adding a lot of berries and nuts helps a lot. What you will need: 1 banana 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (I … [Read more...]
Muesili
I've been on a serious breakfast kick lately and this super easy make ahead breakfast from Sprout Right is right up my alley. I make this once every few weeks and keep it in a large mason jar in the fridge. This egg recipe is super simple. Olive loves broccoli so I always have … [Read more...]

You may want to add a little water when reheating to reach desired consistency. This recipe is from Lianne Phillipson - Webb's Sprout Right (my favourite baby nutrition book out there!) This is by far Olive's favourite breakfast cereal, so we eat it … [Read more...]
